We have received an overdose of protests, conflict and revolts in the last half century. Poverty is the injustice that is the root cause. If we aim for peace, we must eliminate poverty and also provide hope for everyone. The meritocracy is a key piece of the puzzle.

Our unique meritocracy must be institutionalized. Justice and fair play will lead to a strong common platform. Peaceful collaboration will lead to rapid progress. If we know where we are going as a country, we can move away from the mentality of blowing out the other person’s candle to make our candle look good.

The meritocracy needs to channel the greed and ignorance towards contentment and wisdom. There will be purpose and alignment. There will be unity and collaboration.
